Note: a. allocation is after payment of all payables.

c. physical allocation and plot reservation is done immediately after full
payment.
d. Documentation begins after payment has been made. A buyer’s
documents are available between 48hrs and a maximum of 2 weeks.
e. After payment and documentation, plot allocation follows. This takes just a day.
f. the survey fee, documentation, developmental fee are all subject to
review.
